Every year, to promote the highest standard of consumer care and safety, the WOCNCB honors outstanding certificants and employers whose actions exemplify The Gold Standard for Certification^®.

The WOCNCB Employer Recognition Award is awarded annually to honor an organization that has demonstrated exceptional support of the certification process in WOC nursing.

For those of you who are members of the WOCN Society, be sure to investigate the educational scholarships they offer.

Three Certification Grants are given to wound, ostomy, continence or foot care nurses who are highly motivated, currently in clinical practice, and who are able to share the knowledge gained through certification to others in their practice setting.
