Important Deadlines

You've worked hard for Board certification and missing a deadline can
mean late fees or even a lapse in your credentials.

This simple grid will help you determine the important deadlines for submitting your WOC or Foot Care application or Professional Growth Portfolio materials.

For example,if your certification expires in June, you must submit your application and any required materials by the postmark deadline of
February 15.

Note: Late applications will be accepted if postmarked 30 days after the application postmark deadline listed in the chart above. A late fee of $75.00 will be charged and must be included with your payment.
