As a WOCNCB board-certified wound, ostomy, continence or foot care nurse you have the opportunity to serve on the board of directors and participate in the nomination and election of board members.

Nominations

Nominations are accepted each election year. The WOCNCB issues an e-mail call for nominations at least 45 days prior to any election. When nominations are open, a live link on this page will give you access to an online nomination form. You will be asked to submit your employment information, educational background, and answer questions regarding your leadership abilities and skills. You will also need to submit your Curriculum Vitae and a current photograph.

Next, you will be contacted by the WOCNCB Nominations Committee Chair for a brief interview. If your application is approved, you will be notified of your nomination acceptance via phone and email.

Elections

All WOCNCB certificants are eligible to vote in WOCNCB elections. After tabulation of the ballots, voting results are posted on this web site and via email.

Note: All WOCNCB official announcements are sent via e-mail only. If you have changed your e-mail address in the last 5 years, please contact the WOCNCB office at info@wocncb.org.
